Zij zijn onze fietsen komen brengen in Sevilla bij ons hotel en hebben deze weer opgehaald bij het eindpunt van onze tocht. Het waren prachtige fietsen en de fietsen werden ook nog naar onze wensen afgesteld! Onze bagage konden we in bewaring geven. De communicatie met Ana was erg prettig (en kon gewoon in het Nederlands). Ik kan Grazalema Cycling Adventures zeker aanbevelen! read less

Ana zorgt ervoor dat de fietsen helemaal in orde zijn. We hadden nog heel graag wielren fietsen willen verhuren als we van te voren hadden geweten dat je zulke mooie fietsen kan huren. Komen heel graag een keer terug want heb alle vertrouwen dat Ana heel wat suggesties voor mooie routes heeft! read less

Ana desde el primer día, siempre ha estado en contacto por WhatsApp, para que la bici estuviera a punto el día de mi llegada, facilitándome su entrega en el mismo hotel. Esta ha estado perfecta, la tienen súper cuidada y en una excelente puesta a punto para disfrutar de este día. Tengo que decir que Ana, es una profesional en su trabajo y eso ayuda muchísimo cuando alquilas una bici y te la tienen que poner a tu medida. Así con todo esto, tengo que decir que el año que viene repetiré cicloturista y con ello alquilaré la bici nuevamente. Muchísimas gracias Ana, por tu dedicación y por tu amabilidad, me voy supercontento. read less

First of all the service at the shop was great, helping us by picking the correct bikes sizes. Also the owner advices us on choosing a nice routing for a beautiful tour. At the day of the rental, the bikes were prepared and ready to go by our time of arrival. The owners also prepared and filled water bottles for us. The bikes self were nice light-weighed carbon bikes which helped us climb the hills of Grazalema pretty well. The contact with the owners via WhatsApp was also great. Even after the day of rental the owners took the time to give us some tips for bike rental in other parts of Spain when we asked them for it. read less
