Shipping and Delivery
Orders to Spain or the rest of Europe can only be delivered to persons of 18 years or older. The prices shown on grazalemacycling.com include the mandatory value-added tax (VAT), but do not include the delivery charges.

1. Delivery to a (home) address
The delivery charges of each order depend on the delivery address and the size and/or weight of your order. The price of each method is reflected in the table below and will also clearly be stated during the ordering process. If we are not able to deliver your order in one go, having to make more than one delivery, no additional costs will be incurred for such subsequent deliveries.

When an order contains various items, a single delivery price will be charged, which will correspond to the most expensive “shipping class” of those products.
When your order contains several items that together exceed the weight of 2 kilograms, you should consult with us if said order is subject to a different shipping rate.
If you are interested in receiving an order in a country that is not mentioned above, please contact us so that we can let you know the delivery options, shipping costs and delivery time for your location.
2. Click & Collect
This service is available in our physical store in Grazalema (Cádiz, Spain) for all our products and at our pick-up point in Koudekerke (Zeeland, The Netherlands) for our bracelets. All you will have to do is select the “Local Pickup” option in the ordering process. You will receive confirmation by email when your order is ready to be picked up. You have 14 days to collect your parcel from the date that we will mention in the email. Please remember to bring your ID and Pick-up code as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it. If you would like somebody else to collect the parcel on your behalf, this person will need to bring the Pick-up code and a copy of your ID, as well as his/her own ID.
The address for pick-up at our store is: Calle Doctor Mateos Gago 9, 116160 Grazalema. Please make sure to check the current opening times of our shop at our website to avoid finding the shop closed upon arrival.
We will share the exact address and timetable for the pickup of bracelets in Koudekerke (The Netherlands) with you in the confirmation email.
3. Carriers
Grazalema Cycling Adventures cooperates with Correos for deliveries in Spain and with Correos International for deliveries to the rest of Europe.
4. Undeliverable packages
If the courier has not been able to deliver your package to the address provided by you, the package will be kept for a short period at the courier company and will automatically be returned to Grazalema Cycling Adventures afterwards.
5. Track your parcel
As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with the delivery information. For orders that include T-shirts, cycling kit or mugs, we will also send you a link so that you can track the shipment and follow the delivery status of your order online.
