All reservations for Bike Hire & Guided Rides with Grazalema Cycling Adventures shall be subject to the following conditions:
If you are interested in bike rental and/or guided rides, we recommend you to make a prior reservation, to secure the availability of the bikes and/or guide. Once we have gathered the necessary details, we will prepare a quotation with the details and costs of what your reservation would be.
To confirm the reservation, we ask our clients for the payment of a deposit of 20% of the total costs of the reservation. The payment of the deposit must be made within 7 days after receipt of the quotation. If this payment term expires without us having received the deposit, we can no longer guarantee the availability of the desired rental bikes.
Your reservation will be confirmed in writing once the deposit has been received by Grazalema Cycling Adventures.
The remaining balance is due upon the start of the rental period and/or (first) guided ride. When we meet at our shop (Calle Doctor Mateos Gago 9, 11610 Grazalema), payment is possible by card or in cash. When we deliver the bikes or meet you for a guided ride at another location (like your accommodation), payment of the remaining balance needs to be in cash or in advance with a bank transfer/credit card.
- If you need to cancel (a part of) the reservation this needs to be communicated to Grazalema Cycling Adventures by leaving a message on our contact page, by sending an email (email@example.com) or by telephone (+34 956 132 186/+34 633 267 250). Cancellation of a reservation is only effective when Grazalema Cycling Adventures has confirmed the cancellation by email.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Moment of cancellation Cancellation Fee Until 15 days before start rental period/guided ride No charges 15 days or less before start rental period/guided ride 20% of total price of reservation After start rental period/guided ride 100% of total price of reservation
- Grazalema Cycling Adventures reserves the right to cancel the bike rental or guided rides and in this event all costs paid will be returned, except when cancellation takes place for reasons of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, technical problems to transport like closure or congestion of airports, and similar events beyond the control of Grazalema Cycling Adventures.
Grazalema Cycling Adventures is not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delay or any other matter beyond their control. Participants should insure against all such possibilities and are required to sign an Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form upon collection of the bikes and equipment.
